Have you ever thought of stress as a modern day epidemic?

You know what’s the worst thing about stress – at least in my opinion? Stress is a silent killer. It lurks and waits patiently for the right chance to tear you apart. The most terrible thing about stress is that oftentimes it goes by unnoticed to self (this is something I learned from the stress management seminar), and that’s when it can get most destructive. A stressed person can easily become disturbing to himself and others, but a stressed person in denial, even more so! If you feel as tough you’re building up too much stress, or if you see someone else engaging such patterns… maybe it’s best to try and do something about it.
