Easy Ways To Lose Fat with a Quick Workout

I’m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss. This is a compact routine designed to use your own body’s weight as a tool to make you lean and fit.

I’m going to have you do 3 exercise patterns without taking any breaks. After you have been through the circuit once, you’ll be able to rest for half a minute and then go through it again.

You’re going to have to be intense in order to get three of these circuits finished in a quarter hour or less.

Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip. If you don’t have a bar handy, get under a chair or a picnic table, anywhere there’s a plank you can grab.

Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can’t do it any more. You’ll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.

While standing on one of your feet and your other one to your rear on a chair, you will get this done. Lower your hips straight down and power backup, allowing your front leg to do the work. You’re in for a good feeling in your hip as you are in lower posture..

Make sure you do 15 of these on each side.Finally, this circuit and with the push-up done with closed hands. You are going to get some more work done with your biceps like you did in the first exercise.

Get an in plank position with your hands clenched.Perform the pushup until you cannot complete any more of them. Now that you’ve been through the circuit, take a very short break and go through it two more times.
